Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8 on all orders, both domestic & international.   Orders are shipped via USPS.  You will receive a tracking number from stamps.com once your order has shipped. Please  allow 24 – 48 hours to receive a tracking number.


Any additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Courtshop cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs of your country to ascertain in any additional charges will be applied to your order.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Courtshop at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original price.

Courtshop is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add time to the estimated date of your order.


If you decide to refuse any shipments from courtshop.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Courtshop. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Orders will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm (EST) will begin processing the following business day. (This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). All order are shipped via USPS.


Web store return policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted for full-priced unworn & unaltered merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Items purchased at 30% off or more are final sale. Final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Courtshop is not responsible for lost returns. We highly recommend returns are shipped using a secure, insured method.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if there is evidence that the garment has been worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must be attached. Courtshop does not offer price adjustments. Upon our receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.
